Returns

Can I return my order?
 
We are happy to offer returns on the majority of our products. Excluded from this are  earrings and other jewellery that is inserted into pierced skin such as nose studs/rings. This is due to hygiene reasons. You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it for a refund, exchange or store coupon of the same value. 

Am I able to cancel?
 
We aim to ship your products the next working day after you have placed your order. We are happy to accept cancellations up to 6 hours of them being placed. The reason we cannot extend this time is because in many cases, orders are packed within a few hours of being placed.

Where is my order?
 
If for any reason you have not received your order, or if you are missing items from your order, please let us know within 30 days along with your order number so that this can be rectified. We will need you to confirm the name the order was purchased under, as well as the shipping address the item was sent to.
 
My items are faulty, what can I do?
 
If you receive goods that arrive faulty or damaged, you have 30 days to return your item from the date it was received. We kindly ask for you to send us images of any damage or faults so that we can assess the situation and come to a resolution. It is likely that we will ask you to return the products to us before we issue a refund. All costs to return items are to be covered by the customer. For your benefit, when returning items to Kamaliyah, please request for proof of postage to avoid any disputes.
